Wow training was so.. 感觉胸口闷闷。 Maybe train too hard?~ haha Weather getting hotter in Singapore!~ i gonna melt soon, especially during training. earlier in the afternoon ly n yl teach me a bit of spinning of zhi xuan jian, so cool~ then played 棍.. almost killed yl when first time trying haha play arh play arh.. then realise i got a blue-black on my wrist.. didn't bother about it much maybe i too enjoy?~ not like i got a blister from pu dao on Monday and keep noticing its existence. So tired and got something on the next day, and jiao lian so enthu keep pass me links for spwcb, tired and happy, so ambiguous.. jiao lian realise his video is inside the section then he say put some standard de mah.. i was like.. oh my tian~ jiao lian!! your tao lu came in first wor! where got no standard and you our jiao lian.. by putting your video, wo men hui yi ni wei rong.. hahathen now in the spwcb's glossary section got 教练's video, 教练's 教练(zheng lao shi) video and 教练's 教练's 儿子's video.. wahaha so many generation of elites and keep drag dao 2am then i can off my com.. heh and still feel content ツツ.

7.15am eye open.. 3 sec .. closes
7.30am check time.. oh still early *close eye*
7.45am hmm wake up bah *on com* *brush teeth* *hug pillow*
8am ohh ah yi ask me go bath first and eat breakfast..
8.15am check timeslot, play game, watch shows..
9am still watching
